Many people suffer from pimples, zits, blackheads and whiteheads that are the common symptoms of the acne. 10% of Americans suffer from adult acne and this number is far higher for amongst teens. The primary reasons are dirt, bacteria, dead skin and toxins that get logged below the skin. The toxic oil gets stuck within the skin, thus trapping the cold. This causes accumulation of toxins in the colon, resulting in acne. But what most of us do not realize is that every problem that we experience onthe skin is due to the presence of the problem elsewhere in the body. Improper functioning of liver, combined with weak digestive system, results in excessive toxins in the body. If they are not eliminated, they can cause acne, zits or pimples.
Our liver is responsible for detoxifying the blood. This blood circulates within the body, providing oxygen to the cells and tissues. Various bodily functions like eating and breathing result in generation of toxins in the body. Liver helps in elimination of these toxins from the body. Hormonal problem or constipation can aggravate the problem further. This results in overburdening of the liver. However if the liver is unable to clear all the toxins from the body, the poisons remain within the body and re-enter the blood stream. Our body then tries to excrete these toxins through the pores ofthe skin. So it can be safely concluded that a toxic colon causes acne, pimples or zits.
To solve this problem, eat more of fiber or roughage in your diet. This will prevent constipation. Stay away from excessive junk food or greasy food. If your liver is not strong, get it checked from your doctor.
Besides that, start treating acne with various acne treatments and medications. Modern treatments like laser treatment and various home remedies ensure your skin remains free from acne. Along with that, take good care of your liver and keep your diet in check. Keep in mind; a toxic colon is responsible for acne, zits, pimples or other skin problems.
